Little Roots & Wings | In-Home Childcare & Support Services
Effective Date: 5/1/2026
1. Services Provided
Little Roots & Wings provides in-home childcare, respite care, and support services for children and adults, including individuals with special needs. Services are tailored to each family’s needs and may include emotional support, routine building, and developmental play.
2. Booking & Scheduling
All services must be scheduled in advance.
Bookings are confirmed only after communication and agreement between both parties.Availability is limited and not guaranteed until confirmed.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due after service, and $15 deposit for all bookings
Accepted payment methods: Zelle and Cash

Late payments may result in cancellation of future services.
4. Cancellation Policy
At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.
Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
No-shows may be charged the full session rate.
5. Overtime
Services extending beyond the agreed time may be subject to additional charges.
Families must communicate promptly if running late.
6. Health & Safety
Children or clients must be in suitable health for care (non-contagious).
Families must disclose any medical, behavioral, or developmental needs prior to services.
Emergency contact information must be provided before care begins.
7. Scope of Care
Services include supervision, emotional support, and age-appropriate activities.

Little Roots & Wings does not provide medical, nursing, or licensed therapy services.

The provider operates within the scope of a Master’s-level social work background but is not acting as a licensed clinician in this setting.
8. Liability

While every effort is made to provide safe, attentive care, families acknowledge that participation in daily activities involves inherent risk.
